4. Marketing Support – VP Buildings provides sales and marketing training as well as marketing materials to support the sales and marketing efforts of all VP Builders. The materials can be secured from our fulfillment house or reproduced from “on-line” access.
5. Training – VP University provides VP Command Software training to enable the VP Builder to use in their office.  In addition VP provides training videos.
6. Technical Support – A “hot line” for VP Builder support is provided from 8:00 – 5:00 M-F (Central Time in the USA).  The “hot line” is available to answer questions regarding software support.
7. Communications – VP International is attentive to the needs of our International Builders.  We strive to ensure that we exceed their expectations.  We know time is money and we are expedient in addressing our VP Builders questions and needs.
